Table booking terms & conditions

• Should you opt to pay by cheque or BACS, payment is due within two weeks of your online booking. If your booking is made in January 2012, payment is due immediately and no later than the 31st January.

• Tickets will be sent approximately ten days prior to the event, providing payment has been received.

• Dietary requirements should be included on the downloadable Guest Names Form.

• If you have any special access requirements please contact Anna Wojewodzki on 020 7970 4734.

• Please note there may be strobe lighting effects at the show.

• Cancellations will be accepted and monies refunded (less a 20% administration charge) up to and including Wednesday 9th November 2011.  No refunds will be made after this date.
