Nominations

If you work within the UK mortgage industry you are eligible to have your say and cast your vote in the Mortgage Strategy Awards.

Voters are asked to nominate the company they feel would be the most deserving winner in each category – this can be the company they work for, but only one internal vote per company will be counted towards the final total.

Nominators are also asked to put forward their suggestions for the three headline categories, although the winner of each of these awards will still be decided at the discretion of the judges and Mortgage Strategy.

For a number of categories, in addition to the online nominations, Mortgage Strategy asked 6 specialist panels to nominate their top brokers and lenders, and these results will be collated by the CML and the AMI. The top contenders will be invited to fill out a questionnaire detailing why they should be the overall winner.

Finally, a panel of industry experts will be invited to discuss the content of the questionnaires and those on the shortlists before anonymously voting on the order of placement – giving us our final results. This relatively complex process has been developed to ensure we achieve completely fair and impartial results.
